Frequently asked questions
What Zensible is, how agentic co-workers fit alongside your HR systems, and how you stay in control.
What is Zensible?
Zensible is a purpose-built agentic platform for HR. Its agentic co-workers run HR processes end to end, such as onboarding, offboarding and the HR help desk, across the systems your enterprise already uses.
Every action runs with human approvals, policy guardrails and a full audit trail. Zensible Technologies is based in Bengaluru, India.
What is an agentic co-worker?
An agentic co-worker is an AI agent that owns a piece of HR work. It reads the context it needs from your systems, makes decisions within your policies, takes action, and hands judgement calls to the right person.
Unlike a chatbot that only answers questions, it completes the work: for example, coordinating a new hire’s accounts, equipment, documents and first-week schedule across HR, IT and operations.
Does Zensible replace our HRMS?
No. Your HRMS stays your system of record. Zensible sits on top of it as a system of intelligence: it reads context from your systems, takes action in them and writes the results back.
There is no rip-and-replace and no data migration project.
How does Zensible work with our existing systems?
Zensible connects to the tools you already run, including core HR, payroll, recruiting, learning, compensation and benefits, ITSM and collaboration tools such as email and chat.
Agents read context from these systems and take action in them through their existing interfaces, so the systems themselves stay unchanged.
How much autonomy do Zensible agents have?
As much as you decide. Every process combines three modes of execution: agentic steps where the agent uses judgement, deterministic steps that follow your policy exactly, and human-in-the-loop steps where a person decides.
You choose which steps fall into each mode, and you can widen the agent’s autonomy as confidence grows.
How does Zensible keep humans in control?
People approve the decisions that matter. Agents act only within the policies and permissions you set, route exceptions and sensitive cases to the right owner, and record every step.
End-to-end tracing and audit trails show what each agent did, when and why, so HR, IT and compliance teams can review any outcome.
Can we start with a single HR process?
Yes, and we recommend it. Zensible is rolled out process by process: most teams start with one, such as onboarding or the HR help desk, prove the value, then add more.
Pricing follows the same model. It is based on agent-months and sized per process, so you pay for the work you hand over. See how pricing works.
How does Zensible handle enterprise security and data privacy?
Zensible can be deployed single-tenant in your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud environment, or multi-tenant with tenant isolation. Prompts can be routed to private LLM endpoints, so your data stays within boundaries you control.
Access control, approvals, model and prompt governance, end-to-end tracing and audit apply across the platform. Read our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
